Guest Policy
The villa is designed for adult occupancy only, suitable for guests aged 18 and above
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 93% refund of the total transaction amount. The remaining 7% is retained as a non-refundable administrative and processing fee.
- Cancellations occurring between 8 and 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, or in the event of a “no-show,” will be non-refundable and the total transaction value will be charged in full.
Payment
We require 100% payment to confirm the reservation.
All payments are non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out Time
- Check-in time: 15:00
- Check-out time: 12:00
- Early check-in and late check-out may be offered based on availability.
- To confirm early check-in or late check-out prior to arrival, an additional room night charge may apply.
Additional Services
Airport transfer, in-villa massage, private dinners, scooter rental, and other services may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
