Nestled in the tranquil Bingin Hills, Gunung Bingin Villas are just a 10–15 minute drive from New Kuta Golf, depending on traffic. This makes them an excellent choice for guests who want to combine golf, relaxation, and the quieter side of South Bali.
Located on the southwestern tip of the Bukit Peninsula, within Pecatu Indah Resort, the course sits atop dramatic limestone cliffs, overlooking Dreamland and Balangan Beach. It is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course and is known as Indonesia’s first links-style course, offering a more open, coastal, and natural playing experience than many traditional resort courses.
The course was designed by Ronald Fream, David Dale, and Kevin Ramsey from the United States and features five teeing positions, allowing golfers of all levels to enjoy it: from holidaymakers seeking a more relaxed experience to seasoned players looking for a greater challenge. Its natural vegetation, dry terrain, native trees, long grass, and semi-Scottish roughs give it a unique character, while the Seashore Paspalum turf is specially chosen for playing conditions in coastal areas.
After a day on the course, guests can return to the privacy and tranquility of Gunung Bingin Villas and enjoy an in-villa massage, available upon request. Our villas are not located in the heart of the restaurant and nightlife area, and that’s part of their charm: they are designed for guests who want to slow down, disconnect, and relax in a peaceful setting in the hills.
Here, days of golf can end with peaceful evenings, fresh air, privacy and a more relaxed pace, while still being a short drive from Pecatu’s most iconic beaches, cafes, restaurants and golf experiences.
